I had a lovely stay at Hotel Andante, with its charming atmosphere and wonderful location just a block from the Zocalo. The themed rooms, especially the one with the record player, added a unique touch to my experience. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, and at times, the noise from the street could be disruptive.

My room was spacious and well-decorated, equipped with a record player that made my stay feel special. While overall clean, the area rugs could use better upkeep.

While the breakfast was somewhat lacking, with coffee and croissants being mediocre, the fresh fruit and yogurt were decent options.

The hotel offers a nice rooftop terrace and 24/7 access to filtered water, but I found the gym to be quite small.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Andante for three nights. The location is unbeatable, just a block away from the Zocalo in the heart of Puebla's historic district. The unique music theme added a charming touch to my experience, especially with the record player in my room. The only downside was the breakfast; I found better options in the area. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, especially for music lovers.

I enjoyed my stay overall at Hotel Andante, particularly due to its fantastic location just a block from the Zocalo. The musical theme added a unique charm to my experience, and I appreciated the comfortable room. However, I did find the cleanliness of the room lacking, with dusty floors and some stained linens that somewhat spoiled my experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was cozy and themed with classical music, but cleanliness was a concern, with carpets needing a good steam clean. I did appreciate the engaging decor, though the rooms weren't quite as fancy as they appeared in the photos.
Service

The staff were friendly and accommodating, though they didn't create the warmest atmosphere compared to other places I've stayed in Mexico. They were helpful with requests, but a little more attentiveness would have been nice.
Location

Dining

Breakfast was continental but quite minimal, consisting of just a tiny plate of fruit and a bun, so I wasn't too impressed. I expected a bit more variety.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, offering room service and other essentials, but there were some missed touches that could have improved my experience, like better gym amenities.
